Nina has her driver's license! It's official. She can now drive legally down the street without Mark or me in the car with her. She's happy and we're happy. Now I can send her to Conoco to get me a Diet Coke.
OK that is like the reward for not beating them to death. I would love for my kids to get me a drink with delicious fizzyness while I languished on the couch!
We must have seen her driving just a day or two later, getting Italian ice and custard from Zeppes. She looked very grown up, and was driving very carefully and cautiously, just for the record. Welcome to the nail-biting world of parents with children who drive! Yikes! Robbyn
I am published both traditionally and indie, and write in a variety of genres. I'm also a freelance editor with a degree in Elementary Ed, the mother of 3 and the wife of 1.

aahh! It's been way too long since I have seen anyone from your family. I can't believe you have a child old enough to drive!
I know! Sometimes I can't believe it either. I still can't you're married with a degree and a baby!
